Finally something like a real Christmas!!!

Nobody had to cancel last minute because of Covid, travel (flights and trains) went like clockwork, no weather chaos....just nice, mild, damp and drizzly rhineland winter weather.

Pretty much the same procedure as every year....started to miss it actually.

And if it would only be x-mas everyday I could almost get used to the idea of being back in Germany.

A lot of driving around trying to fit them all in.

But a very wellcome change to temporarily decimate (actually thought it was decimise sounds better, but apparently the word does not exist???...) my step count.

As I have it on good authority: I am currently making about 25.000 steps every day!! If not more....

So I thought going a little overboard with buying selective footwear (all super prized down of course) for my x-mas present was perfectly justified!!
