June  12th till 22nd : Holidays in Germany

From here to there...brilliant flight!!! Had three seats to myself...and actually for the 1st time ever(!!!!) no pains in my ears, head or neck at all!!!! Almost could not believe it. Like this I quite enjoy travelling....

Rescue operation for Jonathan! Had to find him a new home!

Luckily escaped my mum's killer tongs. Really not going into detail here on what she would have done to him or what she does with all those hated snails and slugs nibbling on her beloved petunias.

My spider killer technique (biggest book in the house, right on top ...flat and gone. Actually if it was my time to go I would seriously prefer this way...never see it coming...preferably from behind ...a second or two and then... that is/was it: only question remaining: what is the "it" the thing before or after....?) seems rather mercyful in comparison!

Walked back home.

So beautiful, the almost sunset sparkling all over the fields of barley. And when everybody (as in people , recreational tourist, cyclists witht their ridiculous outfits, stressed out joggers sweating out the rushes of the day) is gone during those evening hours (honestly wish they would stay shopping 24/7) I finally see all those million shades of green. Serene silence and  the magic dares to reappear. I feel the balmy air, the sunlight on my skin. Then I smell all those summer smells and hear the birds. Really just singing for me. Yeah like in that old song. I feel again ...(everything) , remember....(a lot) and think to myself... what a wonderful world where all is made to such perfection. And all I want is to sink into those otherworldly white and fluffy clouds that invite me to share my dreams in a bed of deepest blue. Sounds a bit sticky and sweet, but that is just the way it is ...whithout people.
